The University of California, through its Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR), will bring together some of the world's leading experts on Tuesday, April 9, in Ontario, Calif., for a Global Food Systems Forum. The program will address how to sustainably feed 8 billion people by 2025.
Panelists include researchers, policymakers, economists, farmers, environmentalists and geopolitical experts. Brief biographies of the array of local, national and international professionals sharing their perspectives are at http://food2025.ucanr.edu/Speakers.
The forum, part of the ANR Statewide Conference, will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Ontario Airport, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PDT and will include a live webcast.
